Awwww thank you love this is awesome! Will pass along!
I'm curious, do you mix these together or use any one of them alone or. In combination. I use coconut oil and olive oil together. I'm curious about how to use the others. Thanks
Each oil can be used as stand alone oil for massaging the scalp, pre-pooing, or sealing your ends. But you can also mix whatever oils you think would be beneficial on your hair.
Love to try
Do I mix all the oils together and use as a daily moisturizer
You can use them separately if your hair has a particular need you are trying to address. You don't need to oil your scalp daily I would recommend 1-2 times as week depending on the needs of your hair.
what is best oil to use for spilt ends
It is best to cut off split ends and start fresh. An oil is not going to help repair the damage.
Can i mix them with my shampoo?
I wouldn't recommend mixing with your shampoo it may be a better option to mix with your conditioner instead.
Should they be left on overnight? Or just put on wash off during shower? Would this help a guy who is slowly losing hair and his hair is also thinnin
If my dry scple all the time how much do you mix up to make it work??? I've very thick hair and right now its breaking off really bad and come out in some spots.
What combination do you use these products or, do you mix them together to use it as a daily regimen?
I have very thick and dense hair, it needs something strong to not be puffy all day. So I use coconut oil as a pre-poo and as a styling product. I think I might be leaning towards the protein overload side. Which of this oils would be best to replace coconut oil?

What’s the most beneficial way to use Caster oil... to grow my hair ??
I have low prosity hair and have a hard time figuring out the right products for my hair. Thank you for the clarity on sealing vs moisturizing oils. That’s made things a little clearer on why my hair is always feeling dry. The post about baking soda how would you use it for low prosity hair?
How can I apply all of the oil on my hair since they have 5 of them castor oil, avocado oil, coconut oil and others .... is it okay to mix all of them??
you don't have to use all 5 a the same time. you can use 1 or mixv 1-2.
This is good information but do you mix these oils put them in food or drink how are you to use or consume them
Really like the information
I cut my hair February since my hair isn't growing I'll try coconut oil let's hope it will work
This is a great list, unfortunately you don't specify/warn about how demaging some of these oils could be if you are using them on low porosity hair.
Hi Melissa , I have fine ,thin, limp , lifeless hair that has not ever grown past my ears ..I so badly would like it to grow , thicken & have some body as well as retaining moisture.. I would greatly appreciate your recommendations of exact oils & recipe to obtain this goal ..

Hello, I really liked this post. ?
I have a couple of questions, if I decide to mix these 5 oils to get all their benefits for my curly hair, which proportion should I use of each oil? I've heard some oils must be in a higher percentage than others. Do they need any previous process as heating?
Thanks a lot!
