One of the biggest questions I always get when I discuss personal finance people is how exactly can they budget, save money, build generational wealth and have some semblance of a normal life. Especially if they have tons of financial burdens and responsibilities like rent, debts, and children.
This is why I have taken the time to discuss ways to save money on a low income. It is not simple and certainly not easy, but is possible and can become a very practical part of your everyday financial life. Personal finance is just that: PERSONAL! So there is no one cookie cutter format or set standard of advice that will work for everyone.
In saying all of that I want to dismantle the theory that you can't save money on a low income, and it does not mean that your options or opportunities are limited. Again saving money on a low income isn't easy, but there are a couple of different things you can do, changes you can make to still secure the bag and take vacations, buy a home, or build an emergency savings.
