As I get older (sighs loudly) I realize that a crucial step for my physical and mental health is self-care. At 30 years old, I’m actively trying to fight all signs of aging and after long hectic work days I can visibly see the signs of stress on my face. That is why when I begin my self care journey, it always starts off with a way to relieve the visible signs of stress on my skin.

skin care hacks I thoroughly enjoy a good glass of wine, an entertaining movie, and a face mask on a Friday night to relieve the stress of a long work week. My favorite type of mask is a charcoal-based mask, however, I usually forego them because of just how messy they really can get. It really would be counterintuitive to try and solve stress, my adding mess into the mix, which would pretty much cause more stress. That was the case until I started using the new Olay Clay Stick Masks.

The clay stick design makes application really easy and best of all, mess free! There are three different Olay Clay Stick Masks all of which are formulated with premium kaolin clay. You can use them in tandem with one another to target the different benefits for your skin’s needs. The kaolin clay helps to exfoliate the skin, while the glycerin provides moisture without ever drying out your face (I hate when face masks dry up and crack on my face).

I was thrilled to find out that one of the three masks, the Pore Detox mask, was formulated with black charcoal. I have an oily T-zone that acts up greatly the more stressed I become. Black charcoal helps to draw out the impurities and provide a soft refined and revived appearance, even after my most stressful of days.

I use Clay Stick Masks about three times a week in my skin care routine. My face feels super clean without that weird tightness and dryness that can occur after a face mask. The mask wipes off really easily with a warm towel, and if you’re in a rush you can use your hands for the same effect.

It was a double treat to find out that these amazing Olay Clay Stick Masks are available at your local Walmart. You can also get them on Walmart.com too!
