Hey Hey Hey ladies! We've got about 6 weeks left in our TNT Summer Ready Challenge and it has been one hell of a ride! We've gone through some pretty intense workout sessions and the best is still yet to come. We've teamed up with Ariel of @GymHooky who will not only be leading you ladies during the month of May she will also be leading you in two live classes this month! More info below!
The first event is for my local fitness enthusiasts. On Saturday May 30th from 11am-1pm we will be gathering together to work our buns off and sweat to success at Prospect Park in Brooklyn, NY (Grand Army Plaza Entrance). The first 50 ladies there get a goodie bag with gifts from our sponsors. We will also have a few awesome giveaways!!! Now if that doesn't sound like a good time to me I don't know what is.
